The Golden Tallow was born out of a love to share natural, time-honoured traditional ingredients.

We pride ourselves on keeping the tallow pure and the benefits of the nutrient profile intact, which is why we small batch render at a very low temperature, over many hours.

The suet transforms into liquid golden goodness. We then combine raw honey, apricot kernel oil and beeswax, creating an extremely nutrient dense and nourishing tallow, for you or a loved one.

Certified Organic Tallow

We are thrilled to share that we source our certified organic, grass fed & finished beef suet, from one of the most spectacular bio-gro farms in New Zealand.

The cattle have never been treated with antibiotics, vaccines, or any synthetic pharmaceutical products. Furthermore, the land has never been exposed to synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides.

The animals are exclusively grass-fed, thriving on a diverse blend of nutrient-packed herbs, clovers, legumes and grasses. They are also free to choose from a variety of natural and organic minerals and trace elements to enhance their health.
